Negative Mental Attitude Versus Positive Mental Attitude…

Oh, woe is me, I don’t have any money; I don’t have a car; I don’t have a boyfriend or girlfriend; I hate my job, etc. etc. etc.
All of this equals a negative mental attitude, equals bad karma and/or negative attraction.
On the other hand, a positive mental attitude, equals good karma, attraction and success.
Do you realize that if you are the one making these kinds of statements or are constantly around someone who always has a negative mental attitude, you will absolutely succeed at nothing no matter how hard you try? A negative mental attitude attracts negative and a positive mental attitude attracts positive.
Let’s look at examples of positive affirmation and negative affirmation;
- I hate my job (negative).
- I WILL find a way to get the job I want (positive).
- I can’t lose weight, I am miserable (negative).
- I am STILL not smoking and WILL lose the weight with the same determination when I quit smoking (positive).
- My house is not as big and nice as some of my friends (negative).
- I DO have a nice house and it is comfortable (positive).
When you say, “I can’t” and expect the worst, you become weak and unhappy.
When you say “I can”, and expect success, you fill yourself with confidence and happiness.

Hi Monna, I loved you post. We can’t truly turn our life around when we adopt a positive attitude and mindset. It’s not as easy as it might seem and that’s why many people go back to their old ways. The key is to persist is retraining our minds and doing daily exercises to keep it UP!
